The global wellness market is currently estimated at more than $1.5 trillion, with annual growth of 5% – 10%. About konjac

  • Konjac was first brought to Japan from China roughly 1500 years ago
  • The use of konjac in Japan initially focused on the cultivation of konjac to make cake with a jelly texture known as konnyaku as well as shirataki noodles
