Galam

Israeli global ingredient manufacturer Galam launched GOFOS™ (sc-FOS), a sweet, soluble, prebiotic fibre, derived from sugar-beet, last year. GOFOS debuted on the UK market at Food Matters Live. When Galam presented their product, 65% of buyers attending were looking for a sugar reduction solutions.

GOFOS is now available in over 30 countries and thanks to high market demands, Galam is currently considering a capacity increase.

“I admit having some doubts regarding the actual outcome expected from our participation.
Many times, the number of leads and potential new customers you are able to gain from such online events, are limited. Well… I’m happy to be proven wrong and must say that this was by-far the most successful online event I participated during the last year (and I participated quite a lot this year).”

Alland & Robert

International ingredient manufacturer Alland & Robert presented their Acacia Fibre at Food Matters Live and forged relationship with new partners.

“Food Matters Live in June gave us an opportunity to present Acacia Fibre as an ingredient that can help brands and manufacturers to meet the most important consumer trends. There was a great deal of interest in our session and subsequently we have been able to help new partners to learn more about using this fantastic ingredient. The presentation has been a really effective way to set up new conversations with new partners and give them the chance to see how we can help them to use the ingredient in new projects.

“For more information, you can see our session on demand with Food Matters Live. We are excited about working alongside our UK partner Caldic to deliver success to the projects that are starting as a result of our involvement.”
