Food Matters Live is pleased to announce the launch of a series of live events focussed on inspiring careers in the food and drinks industry. The live career event series will bring together graduates and the F&B industry.

Tailored to meet the needs of engineering, food science and nutrition students from universities across the UK, the events will take place in various regions, starting with London on the 8th and 9th of February 2023.

Students will be able to meet with industry recruiters, join soft skills workshops and be part of live recordings of the award-nominated Career Conversations podcast, featuring inspiring interviews with a diverse group of experts from development chefs and flavourists to founders and researchers.

The event will be a great opportunity for students to network with graduates and industry leaders and learn essential skills that will help shape their future.

Each event will see a bespoke audience from more than 20 universities across the region, managed through a careful invitation process in partnership with the institutions. The programme will feature talks from industry recruiters along with guidance around applying for jobs, interview techniques and workplace essentials.

Notable brands represented include Compass Group, Budweiser, Britvic, SSP Group and more.

The next event will take place at BFI Southbank in central London.
